Appearance:Standing at 5'16" he is the second tallest member in the family. He has light emerald green eyes and strawberry platinum blonde hair. Wales has a good build since he spends time taking care of Draig making sure she gets her exercise and takes care of Eiros. Mostly wears his military uniform which is almost like Scotland's except for the coloring. The straps are black and the jacket is olive green. He wears black or grey jeans too. As well as black gloves. On casual days he will just wear loose black pants and a light white long sleeved shirt.
Most Notable Feature:
He has three long claw like scars on his chest. Don't bother asking him about it either. He will just say it's nothing. It starts from his right shoulder ending just over his stomach on his left side.
Personality:Quick Temper: Like Ian and Arthur he has a quick temper. If you set him off well just hope he only throws a bombshell of insults at you and not break your hand. Once he broke one of Ian's finger's when Ian got on his nerves. Also he keeps a revolver on him. So you better be able to dodge bullets.
Loner:His only friends are Draig and Eiros. He thinks they are the only ones who understand him. David will claim that he doesn't need anyone else and that he is fine with being friends with only those two. But the truth is he doesn't know how to be friends with anyone. Not that he'll ever admit it that is.
Outsider:He doesn't like being in groups and after being alone so long he doesn't know how to treat other people. So now he feels like a outsider. That and gaining his trust is very hard. To most people he is seen as a rude spoiled brat.
Workaholic: David is a workaholic too. You will probably find him working on papers in his office. When he is not doing his reports he will be working on school projects or homework he is seen reading a book. Draig has to remind him to take breaks and to eat though other wise he will forget to eat or leave his office that matter. Well this is what it was like while he lived with his family. He is still a workaholic though.
Caring: This side is very rare and he doesn't like showing it in front of other people. He might show it to you if you manage to get close him. He isn't as cold or rude. Though like I said before it will take a lot of time. And him trying to push you away. It can be done though.
Cold: This one he is most popular for. Mostly due to the fact of him not showing much emotion. When he does (not counting if he is with Ian or Draig) it's mostly a bored look. If you annoy him well you better leave because he won't think twice about using force to shut somebody up.
Pet Peeves:
England- Does not get along at all with him. When they do meet please expect them to throw insults at each other and even resulting in them getting into fight.
People messing with his cook- Just don't do it please. He keeps a fire breathing dragon for a reason other than she is adorable.
People Stepping on Draig's tail- Okay if you do this one this one will set him depending how hard you step on Draig's tail. If it's not too bad he will just glare at you if it make Draig cry on the other hand well mostly he will be busy trying to calm her down so you should take that chance to run away.

Draig:She is a small red dragon. Only Norge, N. Ireland, England, and Scotland can see her. She comes in two forms small and big. She mostly stays close to David mostly on his shoulder. She loves hot food and ghost peppers are like treats to her.

She is about a size of a two or three story house. When she is in this form the only person she listens to is Wales and nobody else. If anyone hurts Wales while she is this form she will become very anger and will attack that person.
Eiros: He is Welsh Water Horse. He has a pale blue coat with white spots on his body. His mane and tail are pale blue too. His eyes grey. Unlike his brother who is a Kelpie he doesn't like to drown or eat people. Unless he is by the sea or ocean. Eiros does like to play tricks or pranks. Though he will only let Ian or David on his back with little to no protest. For everyone else though he likes to throw them off his back once the get on.
Dislikes:
Arthur- He doesn't like his brother and will often think of new insults to throw at Arthur. If you ask him why he hate Arthur he'll say one thing that he sees Arthur as a laughing stock to the family name.
Loud music- Or what he would call it loud racket. He hates it and claims it gives him a headache. That's why he is almost never at dances. That and he isn't good at socializing.
Crowds-Although he grew up in a rich family. He has a dislike for crowds. If he is stuck in a crowd he will be found in the corner of the room reading a book.
Habits:
Talks to Draig in public-He will talk and pet the little dragon in public not care if others cannot see her or if they they think he is crazy.
Strengths:
Can cook- He is one of the few Kirklands that can actually cook that is edible. Though he likes making it nice and simple not anything fancy unless he has too. This is due to him traveling around a lot.
Man of his word- He always keeps his word no matter who it is too.
Protective- He is very protective over his friends (that list is very short by the way. The only ones on it are Draig, Nessie, and Eiros.) He will mostly glare at people if they start staring at him that normally works.
Weaknesses:
Poor Social Skills- He is not good at all when dealing with people he doesn't know. Takes a while for him to warm up to people. He has a very hard time trusting people.
Has a hard time showing how he feels- He's a Kirkland enough said. Well the only Kirklands that are good with showing how he feels are North Ireland and Sealand.
Quick Temper-Must be part of the Kirkland family too since most of the family has a quick temper. So it's best if you do annoy him please don't choose to wear a tie that day or be near a table or a hard floor. Also you better be good at dodging bullets.
Foul Mouthed- Like his older brother Ian and younger brother Arthur. David has a foul mouth but only uses it when he becomes very annoyed.

David was actually taking a vacation right now. He was spending some time with Ian his older brother who was also on vacation.
They were hanging at Ian's house in his back yard where Nessie lived. David was reading the newspaper when he found something. "Ian. They have something on Nessie." he stated making his older brother looker up and turn to his younger brother.
"Yeah? What's that?" he asked before going back to petting the gentle giant. He loved Nessie a lot and David was one of the few people that he tolerated.
"It says here she is dead because nobody has seen her. Also it says Draig isn't real." David said then noticed Draig flying over to him and getting the news paper out of his hands before ripping it up.
"Idiots." Ian scoffed angerly. "Nessie is just fine." he grumbled not liking people talking bad about Nessie. "Most people are idiots brother." David pointed out watching Draig burn the news paper with her ember.
When she was done all that was left was small bits of pieces of chard paper. "Good girl." David praised the little dragon who smiled at her partner.
"Wonder how you guys are going to do without me..?" Ian asked out of the blue making David raise a eye brow. "What are you talking about? We'll be fine but your still our leader. That won't change. I'm second in command and Ireland is third. Our stupid little brother is on the bottom." he added the last part.
